Deck Restoration

Premier Property Services offers professional and experienced wood restoration services. We clean and seal both decks and fences. Our wood restoration services usually require 2 visits to your property.

The first visit is to apply a cleaning solution specially formulated for wood. The solution starts working immediately, pulling out all of the impurities that are inside the lumber. After a short dwell time, the deck is washed using low pressure to ensure that the wood is left undamaged.

The wood is then neutralized to bring the pH level back to normal. This ensures proper adhesion when the seal is applied. The deck or fence is then given a 24 hour period to properly dry.

During the second visit to your property, we apply the seal to your newly cleaned deck or fence. This will protect the wood from the elements such as rain, sun, snow, and general wear and tear. Now you and your family can enjoy spending time outdoors again while taking in the beauty of your newly restored deck and fence!
