I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you taking care of the side roof. I know there was a misunderstanding on my part as to what exactly was included in the price you quoted me, and I would have still been happy with what you did. But, you went the extra mile and cleaned it anyway. That was very nice of you and super professional. I am going to recommend you to anyone I hear that needs their home power washed. The reason I picked your company in the first place was that you seemed to have more knowledge about roof cleaning than anyone else. Plus, you came out right on time and did the entire job in no time, with a smile on your face and a great attitude. Your team is awesome and you do superb work! I can’t stress enough how great the house looks.
